Genesis Energy and Power Limited (GENESIS), and BPA Komani Ltd have announced their strategic collaboration aimed at accelerating clean energy initiatives in Africa.
KOMANI mentioned that it will utilise its Africa Clean Energy Fund to attract investment, while GENESIS brings its experience in developing independent power plants and renewable energy solutions.
Chairman and CEO, Genesis Energy, Akinwole II Omoboriowo said partnering with KOMANI represents another milestone in their commitment to advancing clean energy across Africa.
