Westrap has tried to abstain from buying anything unnecessary — and it's taken a weight off her shoulders. I didn't feel like I was living this really extravagant lifestyle.

It got harder in the summer when I wanted to buy summer clothes, go to a pub garden, treat myself, and have the summer of my dreams. I've never once in my life finished a month with a positive number — but this year I've finally managed to save.

It's like a weight off my shoulders that I didn't realize I had and I just feel so much lighter...
