“The policemen you see at the RSIEC office are just there to protect that place because you know people are targeting infrastructure to attack,” Iringe-Koko said.
RSIEC Commissioner for Civic Education and Public Affairs, Tamunotonye Tobins, expressed confidence in the commission’s preparations for the elections.
He concluded by emphasising the importance of adhering to the law and expressed concern over the implications of the governor’s potential defiance of the court order.
