Eyewitnesses reported that the oil tanker lost control, allegedly due to brake failure, and rammed into the other vehicles, causing widespread damage and casualties.
An anonymous officer from the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) confirmed the incident, stating that the tanker’s brake failure led to the catastrophic crash.
