The Eko Electricity Distribution Company (EKEDC) has announced that UNISTAR meters will be phased out by November 14, 2024, urging customers to apply for new meters to avoid being switched to postpaid billing.
In a notice posted on Friday, October 11, 2024, the company emphasized that UNISTAR meters are no longer compatible with the new STS 2.
