For personal injury

Know the case before the call

Send new callers your Tellbrief link. They answer about 20 to 25 questions, most of them one tap: what happened, when, the care so far, insurance, and whether another lawyer is involved. You check the names for conflicts, then read the issues to raise.

The brief

What you’d read first

A made-up client.

Made-up example · Example Delivery Co · the first issue on the brief

1. They gave an insurer a recorded statement

“Their insurance company called and I gave them a recorded statement.”

Ask on the call

  • Which insurer, and when?
  • What did they sign, and do they have a copy?
  • Was it their own insurer or the other side’s?

What settles it

  • Copies of anything they signed
  • Letters or emails from insurers

How it works

From first contact to first call

  1. Send your link. Put it in your booking confirmation, or text it after the first contact.
  2. They answer about what happened, the care so far and insurance. They pick kinds of care, like an emergency room or physical therapy. They’re never asked for a diagnosis or records.
  3. You check the names first. If you decline, the brief is deleted unread.
  4. You read the summary, then the brief. The summary shows what happened, when, who was hurt and the care so far. An old date, a government vehicle or property, or an offer on the table is flagged at the top.

Pricing

Try it with your clients

Your first three briefs are free, then $75 a brief, never more than $199 a month per lawyer. Firms set up before April 1, 2027 pay $40 a brief, never more than $99 a month per lawyer, for a year. A month with no briefs is free, and you can stop any month. A firm of up to 5 lawyers can choose $499 a month instead, however many briefs.

We set up your link with you on a short call.

Your firm stays responsible for conflict checks and for deciding whether to take on a client. Please don’t send client information in your inquiry.

Where the return comes from

  • See the case before the call. What happened, when, the care so far, insurance and any other lawyer are in the summary.
  • Spot deadlines early. An old date, a government vehicle or property, or an offer on the table is flagged at the top.
  • Skip calls you can’t take. If the names show a conflict, you decline before you talk, and the brief costs nothing.

We don’t promise results.

Your break-even
